What we collect

When you contact us through this website, request a quote or book a consultation, we collect the information you choose to provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, project details and any artwork or reference files you upload.

To prepare and send you a quote for the work you have asked about.

To produce the work you have ordered, including preparing your artwork.

Artwork and files

Artwork you send remains yours. We use it only to produce your order. We may keep a copy so that repeat orders can be matched to the original, unless you ask us to delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to fulfil your order — for example with a supplier drop-shipping blank product, or a payment provider — or where we are required to by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to support the work and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so where no legal obligation requires us to retain it.
