Tell us the item, the wording or artwork, and the quantity. Send a photo if the piece is unusual — it helps us confirm the surface will engrave well.
Artwork and placement
We prepare the file, size it to the piece and confirm placement with you. Vector artwork gives the cleanest result, and we can redraw or tidy files where needed.
Test and settings
Power, speed and focus are dialled in for the specific material. On sensitive or irreplaceable items we test on a matching offcut first.
Engrave, inspect, hand over
Each piece is checked before it leaves the shop. If a batch runs, we inspect throughout so the last item matches the first.
