Step 01
Design
Artwork is built digitally — a logo, illustration, text or pattern — and laid out to fit the curve and label area of your bottle.
Service 02
A focused beam removes a thin layer of the surface, leaving a permanent frosted mark — sharp, clean, and made without inks or chemicals.
Unlike traditional engraving, laser etching holds much finer detail, and it works across glass types — bottles, barware, flat panels and mirrors alike. The finish looks high-end and lasts for the life of the piece.
Bottle etching
We specialise in wine and liquor bottles. The beam is controlled finely enough to mark the surface without compromising the integrity of the glass — here is the run, start to finish.
Step 01
Artwork is built digitally — a logo, illustration, text or pattern — and laid out to fit the curve and label area of your bottle.
Step 02
The bottle is mounted in the machine on a rotary fixture, and the CO₂ or UV laser is dialled in for that specific glass.
Step 03
The beam evaporates the surface layer of the glass, cutting the design in. The pass is precise enough to hold very delicate detail.
Step 04
Every piece is inspected. Leave it frosted for a minimalist look, or add a colour fill to make the design read from across the room.
Result
The etch is resistant to fading and wear, and stays sharp through repeated handling and washing. Nothing to peel or scratch off.
Scale
Suitable for a single personalised gift or a limited-edition production run, with consistent results across the batch.
Beyond bottles
Precision etching on flat glass and mirrors with a frosted or textured finish — decorative panels, custom mirrors, signage and gifts. We handle both small pieces and large-format work.
Cut or engraved, cast acrylic gives clean edges and a glossy finish, with a frosted engrave that reads with strong contrast. Glass takes light more subtly; acrylic goes bolder — we’ll help you pick the one that suits the piece.
