CNC
woodworking

Dimensional, clean-cut designs for signage and décor — carved to depth on a 32″ × 32″ bed, from a single prototype to a production run.

Maple cutting board carved with the Barbagelata family name and est. 1992

What we carve

Where the laser marks a surface, the CNC cuts into it — giving you relief, depth and shaped edges. It is the right tool for signage, board work and anything that needs to read from a distance.

The shop

Designed in Aspire,
cut on the Onefinity

Every carve starts as a toolpath, not a guess. We design in Vectric Aspire and output straight to the machine, which is what keeps a run of twelve boards identical to the first.

Software

Vectric Aspire

Detailed designs and 3D relief models are built in Aspire, then output as toolpaths tuned to the bit, the stock and the depth of cut.

Machine

Onefinity CNC

A rigid, repeatable platform for prototypes, parts and custom dimensional carvings — accurate enough that the tenth piece matches the first.

Work area

32″ × 32″ bed

Room for full-size cutting boards, sizeable signage and multi-part layouts nested into a single sheet of stock.

Combining processes

CNC and laser work pair well on the same piece — a carved board with laser-engraved fine text, or a routed trophy base with an engraved plate. Ask and we’ll suggest the combination that suits the job.
