Most personalised gifts and small orders are completed within a few business days once artwork is approved. Larger business and event orders depend on quantity and material. We confirm a realistic timeline before starting so you know what to expect.
No. We engrave single one-of-a-kind items as readily as large batch orders for businesses, weddings and events.
Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS and PDF give the cleanest result. We also work from high-resolution PNG or JPG images, and can help redraw or clean up artwork when needed.
